MAN service agreements make the maintenance of every truck clear. Haulage companies therefore have an accurate and dependable basis for calculating their costs – per kilometre down to the last penny.
Perfectly maintained vehicles can be relied upon to be ready for operation when they are needed and also achieve a high resale value. Service agreements with MAN guarantee fixed maintenance appointments and ensure that the times when vehicles are not in use due to workshop visits are kept to a minimum. During workshop visits, MAN can make optimum use of the time the vehicle is out of service by also performing the statutory checks on request. Repairs can be quickly carried out at short notice if required. Vehicles with MAN service agreements will therefore quickly be back in action.
The service agreements available from MAN in combination with various service packages are Comfort, ComfortPlus, ComfortRepair and ComfortSuper. This means that MAN customers are offered a suitable module based on the anticipated demands and mileage. If requested, MAN service agreements can also cover wear repairs. They therefore ensure a low cost risk for vehicles with service lives of up to 8 years and mileages of up to 1,000,000 km.
